How is this different from everything else I've seen?

I come from a background of being a practicing physician with over 20 years working in the ER, as well having my own fitness and weight management practice where I helped over a thousand men and women lose weight and improve their health.

The traditional approach to type 2 diabetes management and prevention has largely focused on pharmaceutical management, often exacerbating patient's weight gain and making type 2 diabetes worse

How do I know if this is real?

One of the things I've seen over and over again as a physician, is that people tend to try to make progress on their own, following YouTube videos or piecing together programs for themselves that they thought would move the needle, but the reality is, they often get stuck and frustrated because they don't always find 'the right' information that allows them to truly take control of their weight and get healthier. So, I'm able to extract the multiple decades of my experience working with thousands of men and women over the years, distilling down what works, and I'm able to teach simple concepts to people that has helped so many of my patients and clients over the years, reach their weight loss goals, and often reverse the path they were on...heading down the path to becoming either pre or type 2 diabetic.

What's holding me back?

Maybe you've tried other programs that promised to help you lose weight? I know most of my patients and clients tried a lot of other things before connecting with me, to show them a clearer path. Maybe you've spent money on programs that just didn't deliver, and you're fearful that might happen with this program as well.

Who or What is to blame?

The fact is...most people struggle with their weight and often become pre or type 2 diabetic for reasons that are way off their radar. We're surrounded by entities such as big pharma and the manufactured food industry, that influence the state of our health and the overweight and obesity crisis in our country, far more than most of us realize. If you've gained weight or struggled to lose weight, guess what? It's NOT your fault! There are so many forces and factors at play, and my goal is to open your eyes to 'why' you may be struggling, and to help you overcome these barriers.

Why now?

It's so easy to ignore our health, specifically where weight gain is concerned, because the fact is, it's so insidious! But the problem is that pre and type 2 diabetes are directly related to excess weight in over 90% of all the cases of diabetes in this country. And unfortunately, as weight gain progresses, there are many pathologic changes that often go unnoticed under the surface, at the cellular level of our bodies, which lead to the heart attacks, kidney failure, stroke and amputations, that many diabetics experience when that disease process goes unchecked. NOW is the time to change what you can change...and to move your life in the direction of better health and a more ideal weight for you.

Why should I trust you?

I've spent the past 30 years helping people lose weight and improve their health and I've been successful helping over a 1000 men and women get to a healthier place in their lives. Working in the ER for so many years, I've seen what happens when people don't pay attention to what's happening with their health. But because of my background in my weight management clinic, as well as working in the ER, I've also been able to see what happens when patients take committed, personal control of their health and make changes in the way they live. I've seen their lab work improve. I've seen their blood glucose and A1C normalize...and most of all, I've seen the confidence that comes when these patients realize they're able to exert control over the direction of their health, and the knowledge that they can avoid traveling down the road to type 2 diabetes and other weight related disorders.
